Relieve Back Pain and Sciatica

Not trying to sell you anything here. It's just that we boomers are at that age in which many of us are afflicted with these maladies. I was diagnosed as having lower vertebral subluxation in1982. I was told that it was a degenerative condition and the only thing that I could do about it would be to make regular trips to the chiropractor--and don't forget to bring the checkbook! I thought to myself, "bull scat!" and proceeded to hang upside down from an apparatus in a local park. When the apparatus was removed from the park, I bought an inversion table upon which I would regularly do inverted crunches, sit-ups and pendulums. Since then I've never experienced any symptoms of vertebral subluxation. However, my eye doctor just informed me that I can no longer use the inversion table because of my glaucoma (high ocular pressure) so I'm going to try this exercise. I'll let you know how it works for me. Please reciprocate!

Almost three decades since my last major back attack, I was starting to feel like a major back and sciatic attack was rebounding within me. I tried this little exercise, and it seemed to help.
